The Deposit Guarantee Fund in the Banking System (FGDSB) announces a vacancy competition for the position of Senior Economist<\/strong>, with an active role in the management of financial resources and related reporting.<\/p>\n

  2. Preparation of primary documentation;<\/li>\n
  3. Systematization, verification, and review of reports submitted by banks;<\/li>\n

        The Deposit Guarantee Fund in the Banking System (FGDSB) is expanding its team and is looking for a colleague for the role of Head of Deposit Guarantee Service.<\/p>\n

        Responsibilities:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Development and testing of the GFDSB Information System;<\/li>\n
        2. Development, implementation and testing of deposit payment procedures;<\/li>\n
        3. Ensure communication and coordination of the deposit payment process with licensed banks, banks in liquidation and\/or the liquidator and the paying agent;<\/li>\n
        4. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the Deposit Guarantee Service, ensuring the effective implementation of internal procedures and policies regarding the payment of guaranteed deposits;<\/li>\n
        5. Monitoring the evolution of deposits, their structure and size, carrying out regular analysis;<\/li>\n
        6. Organize on-site inspections to verify banks' compliance with data retention and core information systems;<\/li>\n
        7. Examining and settling depositors' complaints;<\/li>\n
        8. Maintain cooperation with relevant national and international institutions;<\/li>\n
        9. Coordination on the preparation of the activity reports of the GFDSB.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          1. Higher education in one of the following fields: economics, finance and banking or information technology;<\/li>\n
          2. Minimum 3 years working experience in economics, finance and\/or banking;<\/li>\n
          3. Experience in coordinating projects for the development and implementation of technical solutions in the financial-banking sector;<\/li>\n
          4. Knowledge of the relevant legislation;\u00a0<\/li>\n
          5. Analytical skills, strategic planning abilities, and decision-making capacity;<\/li>\n
          6. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);<\/li>\n

              The Deposit Guarantee Fund in the Banking System (FGDSB) is expanding its team and is looking for a colleague for the role of Head of Internal Audit.<\/p>\n

              Responsibilities:
              1. Performing internal audit activities in compliance with the regulatory framework and fundamental auditing principles.
              2. Development and maintenance of the internal control framework within the GFDSB.
              3. Create and update internal audit procedures.
              4. Elaboration of the Annual Internal Audit Plan, based on the risk analysis.
              5. Develop, implement and report on the Audit Quality Assurance and Improvement Program.
              6. Setting the objectives of internal audit missions.
              7. Planning and reporting internal audit activities as required by the Ministry of Finance.
              8. Implement a follow-up mechanism on audit recommendations.
              9. Evaluation and optimization of the GDDSBF processes, risk management, internal control, governance and quality of information systems.<\/p>\n

              Requirements:
              1. Higher education in one of the following fields: economics, law, finance and banking, accounting, information technology or public administration;
              2. Holding a professional qualification certificate in the field of internal auditing in the public sector, issued by the Ministry of Finance or an internationally recognized qualification certificate in the field of internal auditing;
              3. At least 3 years working experience in internal audit;
              4. Knowledge of the relevant legislation;
              5. Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
              6. Knowledge of English is an advantage.<\/p>\n
