Currently there are none.

FGDSB initiates, începând cu 06 august 2026, consultarea publică a proiectului Metodologiei de determinare a contribuțiilor ordinare la Fondul de acoperire a depozitelor bancare în funcție de nivelul de risc al instituției membre.

Elaborarea metodologiei este prevăzută de Legea nr. 160/2023 cu privire la garantarea depozitelor în bănci, iar proiectul a fost elaborat ținând cont de reglementările și orientările relevante ale Autorității Bancare Europene (EBA), precum și de cadrul normativ al Băncii Naționale a Moldovei.

DESCARCĂ PROIECTUL METODOLOGIEI

Obiecțiile, sugestiile și recomandările pe marginea proiectului Metodologiei, supus consultării publice, pot fi comunicate până pe data de 21 august 2026 în format electronic, pe adresa de e-mail: info@fgdsb.md.
