FGDSB initiates, from November 21, 2024, public consultation on the draft Decision of the Board of Directors of the GFDSB on amending Regulation on the regular reporting to the FGDSB, the manner of determination and payment of ordinary contributions to the Bank Deposit Cover Fund, approved by Decision of the Board of Directors of the FGDSB no. 03/3 of 29.11.2023, published in the Official Gazette No. 465-467 art. 1165b of 07.12.2023.

The draft decision is elaborated in the context of increasing the coverage level to 200,000 (two hundred thousand) MDL in accordance with the provisions of Art. 24 para. (1) of LP160/2023 on guaranteeing deposits in banks.
